 Payment

Payment can be made using our secure credit card payment facility.
We accept payment from: Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard. We are currently unable to accept American Express.
Please note payment will be taken from your card once orders have been dispatched.

 

Delivery (UK Mainland)

 Orders received before 3pm we aim to dispatch the same day, orders placed after 3pm may be included on the next working day.
Our products are sent via our preferred courier service, who aim to deliver your parcel within 2 working days. (Excluding weekends & public holidays).
All deliveries do require a signature. If you are unable to take delivery, the courier will leave his contact details on a card where you can contact him to arrange a convenient time to suit you.


Please bear in mind Christmas is a busy period and deliveries may take longer.m2 20Ordersououu.uuu    .Our standard delivery cost is £4.95 on all UK Mainland orders. (Free delivery on orders over £59.00 to UK Mainland destinations).
 For Scottish Highlands, Offshore and destinations outside the UK Mainland there is an extra surcharge of £15.00. Please call customer services for further details.


Damaged/Faulty Goods

Faulty goods may be returned for a replacement, repair or refund if within their warranty period.
In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged in transit please contact us by 3pm the next day. Please keep all of the packaging for inspection by the courier. If these steps are followed we will replace your damaged clock as soon as possible.
If the item is found to be faulty we will refund the cost of Postage up to £7. Please contact our customer services team and they will issue a returns number. Please make sure this number is sent with the returned product. Once authorisation has been given and your product has been received we will repair or replace it as soon as possible.

we cannot accept returns without a valid returns number, therefore no replacement or refund will be given.

Returns Policy

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of our products within a period of 7 working days after your order has been received.
When returning any goods please contact our customer service team on 01200 429392 or email sales@click-clock.co.uk, stating your reason. They will issue a returns number and inform you  what to do next.
You will be responsible for making sure the product is kept in the original condition you received it in, well packed and insured during transit on its return to us. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your protection. Please note that you will be reponsbile for the cost of returning the products to us. When we have received the product with a valid  validva greturns number we will refund the cost of the product purchased, but we will not be liable for any of the carriage costs.
Please note we cannot accept any returns without a valid returns number.

 

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel an order please email us at sales@click-clock.co.uk, clearly stating who you are and the item you wish to cancel.
 Please note we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched.
